The term, "Beserkfaced" came from Mike Allen, in reference when a face becomes red, beserked and ready to attack. The endeavor had started with Dyslexic Fudgicle and other side projects, but then the members of Within Choking Range came together for a more serious product. The idea came about to keep putting out original music, as well as helping promote other upcoming, underground bands. The only problem was, it didn't have a name. In 2005, the name BESERKFACED RECORDS was chosen, and the mission continues: * To support creativity and artistic expression * To continue putting out music DIY * To support local/underground music
